Oceana East from the water. Unit 201 is on the right end of this photo. Unit 205 is on the left end of the photo. Pavers are being laid around the pool and the parking area is next. I will be able to take you on a unit tour soon. The building is 3 floors over parking. Floors 2, 3 and 4.

This is the view from the 3rd floor of Oceana East looking West toward Oceana West. There is a permit in place for a cross walk. There are nice little sitting areas in Oceana East that provide a nice Gulf of Mexico view. You can always go to the beach and use the Oceana West pool and the Rooftop deck!
