Bayside Update

The Bayside (10091 Gulf Blvd) of Oceana is very close to the Certificate of Occupancy. A Certificate of Occupancy will usually trigger a closing. However, since the units are being sold fully furnished and the furniture has not arrived yet we will not be closing yet. I will update the blog when I have an estimated date for furniture delivery. Please enjoy the photos taken this week. Please note that the units still look like a construction site. Once the Certificate of Occupancy is issued all units will be professionally cleaned. I will be setting up a unit for walk thru in the very near future. Stand by!
